We are camped in Chilliwack, BC, about 60 miles north of the Canadian/US border. It will be so good to be back in the lower 48!
Today's scenery was as awesome as the past 5 days have been, each day a virtual feast for the eyes. I am awestruck at the beauty God has created through Mother Nature. Just spectacular.
Our plan for the next few days is to get to Centralia, Washington to visit my dear friend Bruce Brown and his wife, Irene. From there, we head down the West coast through Oregon before heading east into Utah and then Colorado to visit Ronnie and Penny Ingram (Butch's fraternity brother and my sorority sister). After that, it's on to Cloudcroft, New Mexico to see the Paxtons and the VonDerAhes, and....Bernie and Melissa Sargent! Trouble looms on the horizon! Should be a fun Labor Day weekend.
